Yes, flexibility is the core value of time-based augmentation. We typically ask for 4 weeks' notice to scale up (we need to confirm resource availability) and 4 weeks to scale down. Sudden changes are accommodated where possible. Longer-term engagements benefit from more flexible scale-up/down terms.
